I am a certified Systemic Business and Executive Coach known for strategic pragmatism, integrity, creativity, and humor. I have led change programs and built high-performing teams in corporations and start-ups for over 20 years and now guide other leaders on their journey. I hold an M.B.A. degree from the University of Bradford (U.K.) and graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in European Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire (U.K.). I completed various academic stays, such as courses on Comparative Asian Industrial Systems at Sophia University in Tokyo (Japan), on Change Management in Dubai (U.A.E.), as well as macroeconomic studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (U.S.A.).



Throughout my professional career, I worked at the intersection of data, technology, and communications. I have worked in various senior capacities for organizations such as Forrester Research, the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag), SPPS/IBM, and more recently for tech firms such as Cision & Ubermetrics Technologies.

Most recently, I was the co-founder and CEO of the SaaS firm Plotlights.

After more than 20 years abroad, I relocated from London (U.K.) to Berlin (Germany), where I now live with my husband, following my passions: running, Padel tennis, deep house, minimal music, and, of course, 🐕s.
